I know it wasn't easy for the recall backers here but they still exceeded the threshold by a few thousand voters.

...especially in my district. Short notes...my Supervisor was a huge proponent of other local recall measures but BIGLY misunderstood his constituents and pissed them off.
He's now facing a recall election in Sept that has a good chance of booting him from office.
