I kinda liken this to the NFL draft and its impact on roster management.

Typically, teams aren’t going to draft difference makers in rounds 3-6. That’s when you fill out your roster. I think that’s what these white kids are. But there’ll be just a couple high-end guys Brad will get as well. The transfer market will also be similar to NFL free agency. It’s damned expensive. So you better not need it too much. Of course, all this assumes teams will play by the rules. I’m skeptical of that.
