Corenswet and Brosnahan were the best part of the movie, and I can see them being Clark and Lois for a few films. Hoult completely overacted as Luthor. I hope he doesn’t come back.

In general the story felt rushed and uninteresting. That might have something to do with Hoult’s Luthor being completely uninteresting. One note all the way through.

I thought I would hate Krypto but it was fine.

I also hated how they treated the Kents. Just this side of complete hicks. Hey, what if Uncle Jesse raised Clark Kent?

I’d give it a 3/5 and that’s probably generous.
