I just had a call with some great students at Illinois that work with Engineers without Borders. They are working on three projects that they scope, design, fundraise for, manage, and close out. One they talked about with me was a bridge over a intermittent stream that floods violently during the monsoons in Malawi.

Anyway, they were great students and are doing some really cool and amazing projects. They travel to the locations to scope out and manage the work as well. Amazing experience for budding engineers. Thought I'd share here and if you are so moved, maybe you will donate.
