Team has a potluck to celebrate the birthdays of two team members.
One employee brings a cold dessert that contains alcohol, despite knowing that several team members dont drink for religious reasons and that one team member is allergic to alcohol. No one is told that the dessert has alcohol in it.
After several people eat the dessert, it's pointed out that there's alcohol. The dessert bringer basically just shrugs it off, no apology.
What do you do here? Write up?
