Payment shortfalls, insurance companies increasingly denying claims at an alarmingly increasing rate Shortfalls in Medicare/Medicaid and not being able to turn away patients. Inflation costs has dramatically increased cost of doing business, including increased wages.  Previous Message Payment shortfalls (whether via patient or insurance)? Overhead? Construction costs? Interest rates? All of the above? Honest question...
