...and once you step foot out of the city proper, yeah, francophones everywhere. All signs are in both languages, so little to no issue. One the funnier conversations we had in Montreal was with a uber driver originally from Guinea (we rode out to the botanic gardens near the Olympic Stadium, highly recommend), who primarily spoke French but also spoke English, about how realistic the series "Shameless" was when it came to living in Chicago. Turned out he'd watched every episode, in French AND English.
