 Previous Message the Cubs essentially gave him a raise to give him a 1 year deal. Which is in line with their current strategy of having as few players under contract as possible after the end of 2026 looking toward a potential lockout. That’s a lot of money for a guy that seems to be regressing and that you couldn’t even pitch when it mattered.
