The clock reset to 20 with 2 seconds on the shot clock and the foul call occurred right at or just before 2 seconds into the new clock. So in that sense it seems like the right call.
Is the argument that Davis seeing the 20 on the shot clock caused him to give the foul?

Excited to watch, but worried. UConn looked damn good against AZ, and they’re gonna come out swinging.
Do we hit our 3’s? That’s the only path to victory, IMO.
