4 x 8” tortillas
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon softened butter
1/3 cup water
Mix in a bowl until smoothed. In a stand mixer, it takes about 4-5 minutes
Separate into four balls, roll out to 8” rounds
Place on a hot pan, flip after about 90 seconds and repeat.
