I think mine might have been when Big Bad Voodoo Daddy played a street festival in Milwaukee back in '07 or '08.
If that doesn't count, then I think it was Maroon 5 (then known as Kara's Flowers), Aquabats, and Reel Big Fish at HOB Chicago in '98.
