Even if he assumed she was trying to run him down, and *even if he was correct in that assumption,* the car was 10 feet away and starting from zero. All he had to do was move a few feet to the side. Which he did! Somehow he escaped the "danger" quite easily, while also holding a phone and shooting a gun.

I'm also tired of treating these people like porcelain. They signed up for this shit. These are federal agents, and federal agents face danger. They hold citizens' lives in their hands, with the power of the state at their back. Extraordinary power comes with extraordinary responsibility.
