I think that somebody who signs up for ICE in the current environment and conceals their identity has bad intentions. I know that the people who recruit unqualified people for ICE, put them on the street with minimal training, allow them to conceal their identity and make it clear they will face no accountability for any of their actions, regardless of their legality, have bad intentions. They want ICE to kill people, they want the general populace to either cheer that on, or be too afraid to oppose them.
