She's actually inching up slightly but stops before the SUV is directly in front of her. It's about 1/6th a revolution on her tire (watch the hubcap spokes). Let's say those are 20" tires, which are common for that SUV. Using math, it's (20*pi)/6 or about 10" that she moved up. but the point is, she's stopped as the SUV is in front of her, which means, there's room for the pickup to do the same. which is my point.
