Fingers crossed it goes smoothly, but my wife will hopefully be getting Italian citizenship later this year. I was looking around on a lark and holy crap is real estate there cheap. Pretty good chance we at least get a second home somewhere there and split time in retirement. Or maybe not splitting time if things in the US don’t get any better.
