I also see nothing that could definitively prove it was murder.
I just see a tangle of indistinguishable limbs in the same color gear from 50 feet away, unnecessary force, and a tragic killing that almost certainly could (and should) have been avoided.

Until it was removed by an ice agent.
His hands were pinned down by the other agents when he was shot. They can't even say he was reaching for his gun (which he was legally carrying).
It's murder.

But I don't know how anybody can look at that video and claim a definitive answer one way or the other.
That is NOT to excuse lethal force, or why they needed 6 agents to subdue one guy. But there is no way to tell what happened that prompted the first shot.
