that judge is basically in an impossible position. the state seems to have a compelling case. seems obvious the feds have overstepped

yet she seems kind of incredulous that as a district judge she has the power to tell DHS to stop all their activities. which i mean i get.

once again, congress being an entirely feckless branch of government that does nothing to reign in the executive is something the founders likely never envisioned.
