Maybe only joining ICE might be more effective.

I've basically gotten to the point where I only read them after the game. The minutia of making a judgement on a player or a coach in one moment of weakness as an indication of everything they are has zero value, so I just skip it all together.

It's not just you, it's everyone, myself included.
