Along with about 6 more cameras in various places in and out of town. Technically, that section of I-80 goes through their boundaries, but it's probably half a mile from the nearest structure that's in "town". They tried to sell it as improving safety in town, but that was a load of shit.

State of IA pulled the plug on them a year or so ago....destroyed the town's budget. They were raking in money hand over fist from those things.

Full disclosure-I never got popped by one of their speed cameras, because I knew where they were. But lots of people I know did.....town had quite the reputation. They have a really cool old riverfront with old stores, restaurants, bars, breweries, and a nice distillery, but people quit going because they were worried about getting popped by the cameras or their overly enthusiastic police force.
