BLJ gets paid
|
Barry Lunney Jr. Lunney, the longest tenured offensive coordinator in the Big Ten, signed a three-year deal worth $4.35 million. He will earn $1.4 million in 2026 — the most an assistant coach has made in Illinois history — $1.45 million in 2027 and $1.5 million in 2028. Lunney made $1.05 million last season, so he is receiving a 33.3% raise.
