Boswell is obviously a top tier defender, but despite being 6’2”, he does his best work guarding bigger players. Given the staff’s leaning into positional size, it’s impressive that they continue to find these matchups for him.

On the other hand, I am so impressed with Andrej’s development defensively. He was so lost on that end of the floor at the beginning of the season that he was unplayable. But despite having an all-B1G defender in Boswell, the staff has exploited Andrej’s development as a defender with quickness to guard smaller guys like Stirtz.

Andrej on Stirtz completely changed the game last night.
