What will really be ridiculous is if someone poached him for a President of Football Operations role or something like that and then the Falcons would get comp picks.

The outrageous part of all of this was the Matt Ryan hire in the first place. A guy who has never managed a person in his life, never been a part of an NFL front office, never been in a draft room, no real understanding of the cap or contracts (by his own admission) and placing him at the top of your football organization. This guy should be like an analyst intern and instead he’s the head of the whole thing.
