The Deuce: Outside of shooting, we played them pretty much straight up

Shut them down in the second half, outrebounded them, got to the line more. Maybe their defense is to explain for the poor shooting, but I really think it was just a coin flip of one team hit shots the other didn’t. Play them 10 times, we win 5.

uconn shut us down twice this year, once before our change and once after. they shut us down 2 years ago when we both had different teams. it's clear to me we're a half step off their level.

but those rim outs for us vs. the rim ins for them was inexplicable. and we could have won with some different puck luck.

21 years since the last one. A team that hasn't played its best game in the tournament yet, by far. A huge ORANGE crowd. And an opposing coach that all of America (other than Connecticut) will be rooting for us to beat like a drum.
