and in the same breath goes on and on about how pax (the guy who kept them behind the trends for many, many years) is going to play a key role in making this hire. and i don’t at all get the doe-eyed devotion to billy (who i do like). there’s no way these hires should at all be contingent on billy, but according to reinsdorf that’s the case. I went to a season ticket holder q&a with Reinsdorf and GarPax once. It was the night of the trade deadline and I was a guest not a STH.
After non-answers about general stuff for 30 minutes GarPax started to leave. Literally at the moment Woj I believe tweeted the Bulls were making a trade Jabari Parker, Bobby Portis for Otto Porter.
GarPax were still right there on stage leaving. Fans started yelling questions about the trade. Reinsdorf said you guys had your chance to ask questions the event is now over and if you didn’t ask a question you missed it.
Sox fans are so much better off with Ishbia regardless. Bulls fans are fucked.
