opportunity cost is high on these FR QBs. pay Lopati $2mm a year, red shirts one year, sits the bench another, then txfers. the program got virtually nothing from that but spent $4mm.

waste of time and resources for Illinois to chase this type of QB prospect after he blew up and became a national recruit.
