one of them in the next week. It seems like the job market is spotty and people may have gotten used to the red hot market in 2021-22.

I keep seeing that it’s rough out there for those looking for jobs, but my team has been searching to fill 2 jobs now for 6 months and can’t find anyone. One of which is a fairly standard role within organizations like mine.

I’ve talked to a couple of other people recently who have had similar experiences filling roles.

What are you guys/gals seeing out there?
