…plastic thingies on the ground. What kind of antisocial freak is flossing their teeth anywhere other than a bathroom, never mind while walking in a public space?

I suppose if you’re that much of a hater of all rules of basic decency and society, then it’s no real surprise that you’d just drop your used personal hygiene trash on the ground rather than throwing it away, so that part, while inexcusable, is easier to understand.
