marc ganis was either carrying serious water for the bears or is really concerned about the beloved moving to indiana.

he claims there was a change in george’s tone about the indiana option at the last owner’s meeting and that he (ganis) can’t understand why illinois hasn’t at least had a vote on the arlington heights option given what a great deal it would be for the state in comparison to what others are having to pony up these days.

there was also some speculation that george could get some serious heat from the stadium committee to take the indiana deal so the public trough keeps growing.
