1. This is gonna be a crazy first round with trades!
SELLING. Like always, there will be trades, but the average number of first round trades over the last 10 years is 5.5 and I expect it to be in that 4-6 range.
2. Cowboys will move up and be aggressive to get their guy.
BUYING. Jerry Jones can't help himself.
3. Bears go EDGE with their first pick.
BUYING. I've started to kick on a bit with mocks/position ranks. With edge in particular, outside of the first 50, the draft starts to thin out on guys who fit their scheme. You may not be fans of one or more, but Faulk, Mesidor, Parker, Young and Jacas all fit Allen's profile. Start to dip more into 3-4 guys late in round 2 through round 4 that I don't think are going to appeal to them.
4. The Bears trade down once in their first 3 picks.
BUYING. I hope it's with their first, but I think they're going to want to pick up more draft capital, particularly with that big gap between the 4th and 7th round picks.
5. Bears move back more than once in this draft.
BUYING. Because me.

1. The AZ Cardinals are interested in drafting Love at pick 3.
SELLING.
This feels like they're having a really tough time drawing interest on trading back so they're throwing any shit they can against the wall. It would be way too much money invested on the RB position for a team with holes nearly everywhere else. It makes zero sense. I think the Cardinals need to eat their vegetables and build the OL they just don't want to have to do it at pick 3. I think they may have to wait until they're on the clock to make a deal if someone is infatuated with whichever of Bailey or Reese isn't taken (maybe the Saints? Cowboys? I see the Chiefs a lot, I don't think either a good scheme fit for them).
2. Jordan Tyson is a top 10 pick following his workout.
BUYING- with a bullet.
Giants GM Joe Schoen not only flew out to AZ to watch the workout (one of 2 GMs to do so), but they also took Tyson to dinner the night before. I think he's the pick at 5.
3. The Titans are OUT on Love at 4 and instead want Styles.
SELLING.
Again, this feels like trying to drum up trade interest (with Dallas, maybe?). I think Love is their guy.
4. Jets are back to David Bailey at pick 2.
WHOTHEFUCKKNOWS?
This has flip-flopped between Bailey and Reese a half dozen times in the last few weeks. "The Jets want Reese because they like the flexibility." "The Jets want Bailey because they know he's and EDGE and there's no guessing about his position." "The Jets want Reese because they're punting 2026 and focused on building for 2027 and Reese has the higher upside." "The Jets want Bailey because they need immediate production to help save their jobs."
Flip a coin at this point.
I'm leaning Bailey at the moment but *SHRUG*.
5. Ty Simpson will go in the first round.
BUYING.
Sorry Desert and 98, I think the Cardinals jump back into the first from 34 to anywhere from 25 (HEY SPACKLER!!) to 31 to get the 5th year option and ensure no one else takes him.
6. Jermod McCoy falls to the 2nd round.
SELLING, but barely.
I think he falls into the late 20s (eyeing KC at 29).
7. We set a record for most offensive linemen taken in the first round (current record is 8).
BUYING.
I think we see 9. Mauigoa, Fano, Ioane, Freeling, Proctor, Iheanachor, Bisontis, Miller, and Lomu.
