obviously not to the extent of a preworkout but i'm a bit skittish of how i'd feel if i used one

It's a decent energy/recovery drink, and the grape flavor is great. GNC and Vitamin Shoppe charge an absurd $50+ for a 60 serving tub, but Costco has the 72 serving tub for $18. Shelf life is about 2 years.
