I'm not seeing the McVay dissension here (I can understand if he was upset... I just don't see it in the video)... and I would think the Rams would not want to piss him off.

If he wanted to leave, he'd be the most heavily sought after coach in the league since..........? At least since Denver gave up all of those picks to get Sean Payton, and probably more than that.
