you need 90% enrichment for bomb material and iran is at like 60-70% per reports, so you obviously need to cap that enrichment much lower so there's no chance of making a bomb but still allows them to use it for nuclear power. say, like 3.67%.

and you've got to take away a bunch of their centrifuges capable of doing the enrichment. like 2/3rds of them.

and you have to cap how much uranium they can have. they've got several tons of it now. they really shouldn't have more than 300kg TOTAL.

and you have to have significant inspection from an international agency like the IAEA. they haven't allowed inspectors in for over 5 years. you need both regular and unscheduled inspections, cameras in their facilities, things like that.
