Real or imagined, that generation has no idea if the job they wanted to do is going to be there, and are sitting worried if they're being sold a bill of goods by their college/advisors in terms of their majors and whether there's even an economic future there.

Lots of fear. Across every sector.

I doubt any of them are like "I am fully resistant to learning job based AI skills so I can be a better employee." They're worried if they're even going to get a chance to be an employee.
