And supposedly will redirect traffic not following the proper route to a parking lot?
This comes from an email. Does not appear as though there is a single compiled website link - just individual route links to each lot.
A few notable observations...
-Appears that St. Mary's Road across the south side of State farm Center will be closed to all traffic.
- Only Lots 38 & 39 (east side of SFC) can use south 4th street.
- Access to Lots 42 & 45 will only be from Lincoln Ave, then a left-hand turn into the lots off Kirby Ave.
