got a text today that they need to re-schedule
the "need" to re-schedule came about because the office is closed tomorrow
did you forget the office would be closed when you made and confirmed my appointment, or did you just decide to close the fucking office sometime between last week and today?
the rot in our healthcare system is affecting the providers more and more
