i noticed there's an outfield wall sign with a company called "Haire" on it.

simple google search shows them as a plumbing and HVAC company for Cumberland county, based in Fayetteville.

2nd google search of "Fayetteville minor league team" got me the stadium. I did an image search to confirm the landmarks from your pic, then searched for the seating chart to pick out the section.

maybe 4 minutes would have made it so i could count the rows properly.
