3. I’m surprised but also not. I have been trying to figure out how people are selling these houses for so damn much, and fast. Prices of $200/sqft are common. I got my house for about $80/sqft in 2016. Granted, that was a fantastic price and I sincerely just lucked into it, because comparable houses were getting about $100/sqft. Barely 10 years later, I know I could sell this house for more than double what I paid. That is just insane.
