I visited downtown Indianapolis for a few days last week. Here are a dozen pictures that I captured while walking from my hotel:

1- Canal Walk and Skyline


2- Stained Glass Window in Union Station


3- Men at Work on the new Signia by Hilton Hotel


4- Signia by Hilton (opening in January)


5- I walked this street (North Meridian Street) often to get to my hotel from Monument Circle.


6- Synchonized Window Washers at OneAmerica Tower (the second tallest building in Indiana)


7- Indianapolis Central Library


8- Scottish Rite Cathedral Library...octagonal in shape and 33 feet in diameter to represent the number of years Christ lived on Earth


9- Decorate doors of the Indiana War Memorial--originally built to honor the veterans of World War I


10- Corridor of Chandeliers in the Indiana Statehouse


11- Grand Hall of Union Station


12- Stained glass ceiling of the inner dome of the Indiana Statehouse
