End of Oak Street was entertaining, but the tone shifts were jarring. They tried to stuff an homage to '80s Spielberg, family drama, a coming-of-age story, and an action movie into 99 minutes, and it doesn't really cohere.
Last House went on way too long, and the third act was borderline nonsensical.
It Ends is good, but don't believe anyone who tells you it's a horror movie. It's a Gen-Z "No Exit," and that's enough. The performances are unbelievably good for actors who were cast off Instagram.
