Really wanted to do a Real Madrid game, but they aren't at home while we're there*
Previous Message both are an easy 30-45 minute train ride via high speed rail. We rented what was effectively a 2 BR apartment at a place called Eric Vokel Suites. It had a kitchen, which was somewhat useful, thoguh we didn't eat in that much. Nothing fancy about it, but we ate at a tapas place called Bodegas Rivas 3-4 times during our trip, because it was close and the food was good. we skipped the Royal Palace. if you're into it, try catching a Real Madrid game at Santiago Bernabeu.
