Samsung has been making them for like five years. My friend has one and he really likes it.

His does not have this form factor, which is in the latest Samsung phone as well. That makes sense because this phone uses that same screen as the Samsung phone. The foldable phone that my friend has didn’t seem to offer any kind of advantage over a large regular size phone, other than it folds up small, but thick. This one seems to have a few more advantages, and the changes they’ve made to the user interface to accommodate a folding phone seem really neat. They may have made similar changes to android to accommodate the folding phones, but I don’t know anything about them.
