For at least 2 weeks I've been trying to get a prescription filled for my son, something he has taken for years. I've gotten a couple of partial fills, going to Walgreens in Urbana for one of them. Multiple phone calls, multiple trips, giving him partial doses, skipping a couple.

Out again today, I go to Neil St. (they were closed yesterday because the pharmacist didn't show up), they don't have it, Urbana has 4 days worth. I call Urbana, set that up, they call back and say they can't give it to me because Neil St. won't release it. Back to Neil, they have miraculously found some, start to process it, then tell me they can't because the order's been transferred to Urbana.

Normally we can get by at least a couple of days without it, but if they don't get it squared today we'll be looking at 4 days without after partial doses the previous two days. That could get ugly.
