Zelda will get the shares from the Milk sisters, but Mae will have it in her will or whatever that her shares will revert back to Rebecca so that she'll manage to retain control of the club in the end.

that said, they made a point of saying Rebecca still had 51% of the club even when she sold shares, so I'm not sure how Zelda will have enough to claim control even with her buying the Milk sisters' bit.
