in Chicago for months and they all felt too pricey, not great seats so I hadn't gotten a ticket yet. I was watching a really good seat this morning and it kept going down in price so I decided to pull the trigger. I get the email my ticket is ready so I open it up, I can't view my ticket and it's clearly a screen shot of a ticket (you can see the person's battery power, etc). So I called StubHub and they do say it's not a valid ticket and they've reached out to the seller for the "real" ticket.

I'm assuming that's never coming through, but they won't refund until after the concert OR they said they'd provide another similar ticket. My seat was really good (probably why it was too good to be true) so I don't want a "comparable" ticket if the ticket wasn't real, I just want a refund. Gruf.
