Previous Message

I had on of our HVAC units replaced a week ago. The company billed me 50% right after I accepted their proposal and I paid via credit card. I expected them to be on the ball and bill me the remaining 50% (or charge it to the same card) as soon as the techs left my house.

Now it's been a week and I have not seen a bill. No email. No call. No charge on my credit card.

Should I call them? WWTDD?
