If someone uses agents to decompile software and create written specs that contain no source code,

and never sees the source code for themselves, then moves those specs over to a completely different computer and uses different agents to turn those specs into working software, what's the call?

Back in the day, such reverse engineering violated license agreements and possibly IP rules, depending on what you did with it.

One engineer has already used it to create open source versions of half of Adobe's suite in like a week. Now, they're not perfect, but that's quite a start.

I wonder how long Microsoft will let this exist on GH.
