    do some deadlift reps, and had already done about 4 sets of squats. I also need to get on the bike tonight now that my next fondo is booked, so I didn't want to completely wreck my legs.

    Had my first Krav Maga class last night, and hopefully I can make the schedule work to keep going. That's a hell of a workout.

    I'm pretty sure I'm in better shape now than I was at 25.
