Over the last 2 weeks he's striking out 9% of the time and hit .310/.370/.405
Now those are arbitrary end points but for a kid who's 19 and 2 years younger than the competition he's facing adjustments and improvements happen on the fly.
Similarly Kevin Alcantara also 19
First 2 weeks 40% k rate. .214/.298/.310
Last 2 weeks 15% k rate .286/.404/.571
That Myrtle Beach team is wrecking teams right now.
And I forgot to mention Alexander Canario who right now is hitting .281/.360/.584. 35% k rate a bit of a concern but when's on he looks real good.
