Our older two are 17 and 15 and we have (on occasion) let them stay home for a night without us when we've been out of town. But for us it's really easy because my parents are right in town, so there's that feeling of safety if something were to happen that they needed help.  Previous Message GC Jr. is a responsible, self-sufficient 16 year old. Is it crazy to think about leaving him home alone for a night? Feels too soon to us but he says he’d be fine with it. How have other deuce parents handled this?
