(i) gas ovens are better for cooking meats, roasting things, and broiling. (ii) electric ovens are better for baking because it has a dry heat vs. a moist heat for gas. (iii) induction is as good or better at cooking than gas, though it is more expensive. We have a dual fuel KA setup right now. But we've ordered an induction cooktop and electric wall oven.  Previous Message oven. Because this gas oven really has been kinda not great at baking.
